How will you ship my orders?
All orders are shipped via UPS.
What will my shipping costs be?
Little Love Gifts offers free Shipping for all orders of $50 or more. Shipping charges are:
Orders of $1-$10: $2
Orders of $10.01-$20: $4
Orders of $20.01-$30: $6
Orders of $30.01-$40: $8
Orders of $40.01-$49.99: $10
In addition, because of the handmade quality of our products, each order will contain a handling charge of $4.00
How can I pay for my little love gift?
We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover, and paypal. Your order will appear as "SLD Enterprises, LLC" on your charge card statement. We will also accept a check by mail order, but please allow an additional 10 days for the check to clear.
When will my credit card be charged?
We charge your credit card when you place your order. Your order will appear as "SLD Enterprises, LLC" on your charge card statement.
can I pay by Paypal?
Yes, we accept payment through paypal
Do you store my credit card number?
No, we don’t. In an effort to keep your information as safe as possible, we only store your personal information but not your credit card information. You will need to enter it each time you make a purchase.
How do I know my credit card number won’t be stolen?
No credit card numbers are ever stored on LittleLoveGifts.com During the checkout process we send your credit card number electronically through Authorize.net, a leading provider of payment gateway services, ensuring that your credit card number is charged securely and reliably.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
We can only ship to one address per order. You will need to place an order for each address you want to ship to.
When can I expect delivery after we have placed an order?
We attempt to place your order as soon as possible after it has been received. Because each piece is hand made at the time of the order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has shipped via UPS.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail that your order has shipped.
Can you ship overseas, PO Box, or APO box?
At this time, we only ship to the 50 states of the U.S.A. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
What if I’m unhappy with the quality of my purchase?
We expect you will be thrilled with the quality of your Little Love Gift. However, if you are unhappy for any reason with a product you purchased, we will refund your cost in full upon return of the product. Please contact us at support@littlelovegifts.com to obtain an authorization code to return your product.
Are there restocking fees or handling fees?
We charge a 6% restocking fee in order to cover credit card processing charges.
Will you sell my e-mail address? Will you sell my shipping address?
